Catholic Church to Sell Indulgences Again. Stuns Lutherans
In a brief but stunning announcement, the Catholic Church announced today that it will restart selling indulgences after 500 years. SEC Chair Gary Gensler immediately sued the church claiming indulgences were unregistered securities.
